4. Intellectual Property & Art Purchases All content on the Site, including text, photographs, images, graphics, artwork, and logos, is the property of Point On Point Professional Services and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.

• Website Content: You may view and download content from the Site for your personal, non-commercial use only. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

• Purchased Artwork: Purchasing a physical print or commissioned piece transfers ownership of that specific physical item only. It does not transfer any underlying copyright or grant the right to reproduce, scan, or distribute the artwork commercially. All photographs and artwork created by us remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

5. Photography and Custom Orders Bookings and custom orders made through the Site are subject to separate agreements or confirmations provided at the time of purchase or engagement. By placing an order or booking a service, you agree to the specific terms communicated for that transaction, including any deposit requirements and cancellation policies. We reserve the right to use images for portfolio and promotional purposes unless you expressly request otherwise.

6. Payment and Refunds Pricing for products and services is as listed on the Site and is subject to change. All payments are processed securely through our designated payment processors. Refund and return policies will be communicated at the time of purchase. Custom orders and commissioned photography services may be non-refundable once work has commenced.
